Abstract
  
Atom-thick graphene membrane holds substantial potential for applications in future molecular-scale
integrated electronics, transparent바카라 먹튀conducting바카라 먹튀membranes,바카라 먹튀nanocomposites,바카라 먹튀etc.바카라 먹튀To바카라 먹튀realize바카라 먹튀this
potential, chemical properties of graphene need to be understood and바카라 먹튀functionalization바카라 먹튀toolkits바카라 먹튀are
also required. To meet this need,바카라 먹튀surface바카라 먹튀chemistry바카라 먹튀of바카라 먹튀graphene바카라 먹튀has바카라 먹튀been바카라 먹튀explored바카라 먹튀by바카라 먹튀Raman
spectroscopy, AFM and STM scanning probes. In the first part of the talk, two chemical reactions of
graphene will be presented.바카라 먹튀Hydrogenation,바카라 먹튀the바카라 먹튀simplest바카라 먹튀basal바카라 먹튀plane바카라 먹튀functionalization,바카라 먹튀is바카라 먹튀highly
reversible and strongly dependent on the thickness of graphene in the rate. Graphene sheets can be
locally hydrogenated with a high spatial resolution. Thermal oxidation also proceeds at a higher바카라 먹튀rate
for single layer than double layer바카라 먹튀graphene and triple layer graphene behaves like bulk graphite. The
second part of the talk will illustrate the influence of underlying silicon dioxide substrates and ambient
gases on properties of graphene. Raman spectroscopy shows that freestanding graphene is essentially
charge-neutral implying that the “usual” hole-doping바카라 먹튀in바카라 먹튀supported바카라 먹튀graphene바카라 먹튀is바카라 먹튀mediated by oxide
substrates. An STM study바카라 먹튀reveals바카라 먹튀that바카라 먹튀thermal바카라 먹튀annealing바카라 먹튀generates바카라 먹튀out-of-plane바카라 먹튀deformation바카라 먹튀of
nanometer-scale wavelength and distortion in sp2 bonding on an atomic scale. Graphene바카라 먹튀deformed
by annealing is found to be chemically active enough to바카라 먹튀bind바카라 먹튀molecular oxygen,바카라 먹튀which바카라 먹튀leads t o바카라 먹튀a
strong hole-doping. A possible form of oxides will be discussed.
