By varying the incident light intensity or by use of external electric field, the band gap of피망 바카라photonic피망 바카라crystal피망 바카라can피망 바카라be controlled, which enables a realization of various photonic switching. Artificial optical media possessing the spatial distribution of refractive index피망 바카라smaller피망 바카라than피망 바카라wavelength피망 바카라are피망 바카라called metamaterials. When the spatial distribution is on the order of micrometer, THz metamaterials can be obtained, while the optical metamaterials can피망 바카라be피망 바카라realized피망 바카라in피망 바카라the피망 바카라nano-structured artificial optical medium.피망 바카라In these metamaterials,피망 바카라the optical property not existing in피망 바카라nature can be observed and a variety of new symmetric structures can be designed. By manipulating the boundaries of graphenes,피망 바카라the propagation of De Broglies wave can be tailored, which is called quantum metamaterial. In quatum피망 바카라metamaterials,피망 바카라phenomena피망 바카라can피망 바카라observed피망 바카라those appearing in optical metamaterials such as negative refraction and collimation.
