Abstract
  
  
Zinc oxide,검증 바카라a direct wide band gap (3.37 eV)검증 바카라semiconductor with large exciton검증 바카라binding energy (60 meV) at room temperature,검증 바카라has attracted a lot of interest in recent years due to its potential in applications in nanoscale electronics and optoelectronic devices.검증 바카라This talk will discuss synthesis an properties of zinc oxide nanostructured films, nonoparticles, nanowires and its polymer composites and hetrojunctions. The nanostructured ZnO films have검증 바카라been검증 바카라deposited검증 바카라using검증 바카라rf-magnetron검증 바카라sputtering검증 바카라technique검증 바카라whereas검증 바카라the검증 바카라ZnO nanowires have been synthesized by sol-gel technique.검증 바카라ZnO검증 바카라based검증 바카라inorganic/organic hetrojunctions have been prepared using α -NPD and PEDOT: PSS p-type semiconducting organic검증 바카라materials.검증 바카라Nano검증 바카라ZnO검증 바카라polymer검증 바카라composites검증 바카라have검증 바카라been synthesized using PANI and검증 바카라PVA검증 바카라polymers.검증 바카라Optical검증 바카라absorption검증 바카라in검증 바카라UV-visible검증 바카라range, photoluminescence and second harmonic generation studies have been carried out for optical검증 바카라characterization.검증 바카라The band gap (obtained from optical absorption) and photoluminescence exciton검증 바카라peak검증 바카라of검증 바카라ZnO검증 바카라nanostructured검증 바카라films검증 바카라prepared검증 바카라at검증 바카라different substrate temperatures showed a검증 바카라red검증 바카라shift검증 바카라which검증 바카라can검증 바카라not검증 바카라be검증 바카라fully검증 바카라explained검증 바카라in검증 바카라the framework of size effect and has been attributed to the relaxation of the induced intrinsic compressive stress. Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods are grown on glass substrates검증 바카라and these showed much enhanced second harmonic generation as compared to ZnO films.
