Nanoscale and 강원 랜드 바카라 Photonics with Semiconductor Nanostructures

Low-dimensional semiconductor nanostructures such as 강원 랜드 바카라 dots and 강원 랜드 바카라 wires have been actively investigated due to their unique electronic and optical properties. In this talk, we present the fabrication and characterization of various types of light emitting semiconductor nanostructures together with their optoelectronic and 강원 랜드 바카라 photonic applications. Single 강원 랜드 바카라 dots formed in these types of nanostructures overcome many limitations in conventional self-assembled epitaxial 강원 랜드 바카라 dots and can be utilized as high efficiency 강원 랜드 바카라 emitters for 강원 랜드 바카라 information technologies. An overview of the characteristics of the group III-nitride 강원 랜드 바카라 dots as well as graphene-based 강원 랜드 바카라 dots will be given.
